📦 SHIPPING POLICY

  • Courier Partner: We ship all orders using Delhivery, a trusted logistics service across India.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Prepaid Orders: FREE DELIVERY

    • COD Orders: Additional ₹[20], if applicable

  • Tracking: You will receive an email or SMS with your Delhivery tracking number once your order has been shipped.

🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you buy. If you are not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and exchanges:

ELIGIBILITY

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within [2-3] days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original packaging with tags intact

    • Not part of a sale or final clearance item

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email us at [ananstyle1610@gmail.com] or use the contact form with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup via Delhivery.

  3. Once the product reaches us and passes quality check, a refund/exchange will be processed.

Note: Reverse pickup may not be available in all pin codes. In such cases, you will need to self-ship the item.

REFUND OPTIONS

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • COD Orders: Refunded via store credit or UPI/bank transfer

Refunds may take 5–7 working days after we receive the product.

🔄 EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges or replacement for damaged/defective items. Follow the same steps as returns.
